]]>I am currently having this issue as well… two people I’m traveling with emailed them and got responses with letters stating the required coverage is met, whereas I’ve sent 4 emails and tried calling (they told me they would let service know to email me back) and get no responses. Tried calling again today and keep getting hung up on. Definitely frustrated with their customer service and bummed I wasted $130 on a potentially useless insurance plan!
